Fees and Charges Refugees and Asylum Seekers

The following charges apply to Refugee and Asylum Cases only. The Legal Services Commission has set new rates with a different rate for cases within London and outside London. We are eligible for outer London rates but are only charging the lower London rate due to our charitable approach.

Age Assessment and report	£750
Psychological / Emotional assessment	£750
Examination of Torture victims	£750
Review assessments	£650
Review assessment with updating previous report	£750

Addendum reports charged at our current hourly rates of £108 per hour - as per legal aid levels

Please note that we need to add travel and expenses - however many assessments are now conducted remotely and therefore travel costs do not apply
